Desert Nights Downtown Lights

Desert Nights Downtown Lights

December 01, 2017

Over 55 buildings are participating in the building illumination program by purchasing and installing clips and light lines to the roof line of their buildings. The result – a unified and festive silhouette of Tucson’s unique skyline. This is complimented by over 155 street trees tight wrapped in white lights, and seasonal plantings of poinsettias in the Downtown planters.

Lisa Kanouse was commissioned to paint the main banner and marketing piece used for the Desert Night Downtown Lights event.

Downtown Tucson is a Downtown for everyone – an eclectic, beautiful, fun, accessible, pedestrian and bike-friendly district that embraces diversity. It is the Southwest’s premier urban hub for living, dining, retail, business, art, entertainment, and both historic and contemporary architecture.
